Crossroads GPS Releases New Ad in North Dakota Revealing Heidi Heitkamp’s Support for Wasteful Spending, ObamaCare

Statewide ad buy totals $110,000 for one week

WASHINGTON –Crossroads Grassroots Policy Strategies (GPS) today announced the launch of a new TV ad in North Dakota which contrasts Heidi Heitkamp’s support for ObamaCare and wasteful government spending with Rick Berg’s efforts to repeal ObamaCare and fight out-of-control spending.

Backed by a total $110,000 total buy, the new ad starts today and will run through September 14 on broadcast and cable networks in North Dakota.  The spot, titled “Big Difference,” can be viewed here:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGwqQJt9I0M.

“There are major differences between Heidi Heitkamp and Rick Berg, particularly when it comes to wasteful spending and ObamaCare,” said Nate Hodson, Crossroads GPS Director of State and Regional Media Relations.  “The choice for North Dakotans could not be more clear – a big government liberal like Heidi Heitkamp or a solutions driven conservative like Rick Berg.”

Heidi Heitkamp has long advocated for ObamaCare which costs more than $1 trillion.  Despite its massive price tag, Heitkamp called ObamaCare a “budget-saver” and opposes repealing the law.
